It was 1867, the same year that Canada became a nation that George and William Barbour founded a company that would later become G.E. Barbour Inc. They had just one goal - provide top-quality food products to the people of Atlantic Canada and beyond. It's still our goal today. Many of our products are well known in the kitchens of eastern Canada, including King Cole and Morse's tea, Barbour's peanut butter and Barbour's spices. We also custom pack products for many of Canada's leading retailers.
